Not only would it make a great subject to paint, it problably has been done as a jig-saw puzzle photo shot. Can you imagine having to sort the colour of the rocks and soil? Two differnt forms to enjoy. My Mom feels she has learned about many places in the world by doing puzzles of panoramic scenes of well known sites.

NW, is your Mom an avid jigsaw puzzle fan? I have a friend who truly is and for her a 1000 piece puzzle is child's play.
